Rachelle Goetz, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Rachelle Goetz,
Licensed Marriage
and Family Therapist

I’m a Los Angeles-based LMFT, passionate about helping people live better lives through therapy and applying learned skills.

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop to look around once in a while, you might miss it.” – Ferris Bueller

While Ferris Bueller may not be a sage, he and I recognize that life moves at ever-changing paces, which can make us feel unbalanced, unsupported, and confused. In my experience, transitions and major life decisions leave people at different crossroads of navigating their past and experiences with their present and goals for the future. As an LMFT, I use my experience and expertise in helping children, individuals, couples, and families to navigate these constantly changing aspects of life. In other words, regulating our emotions and our reactions to the adjusting landscape.

Having a different career before pursuing psychotherapy, I recognize that I have always enjoyed helping people and am grateful to have the opportunity to accompany them on their journey through life, self-discovery, and changing patterns. My background serves me well in working with people of diverse cultures, religions, sexual and gender identities, and age groups as I regard and honor these differences that make us all unique.

My goal as a Psychotherapist is to provide a non-judgmental, warm, compassionate environment to advocate and provide support and resources you (or your child) may need to thrive. While therapy can be helpful in many different ways, I find aim in embracing self-development and strengthening self-esteem, combating anxiety, navigating life transitions, dismantling generational impact, and establishing healthy boundaries. Therapy can help you develop greater insight into yourself, your relationships, and your own decision-making process. If you feel we would be a good fit, feel free to contact me by phone, email, or book a consultation through my website. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to regroup, regenerate, and regain confidence in your endeavors.
